Job Title : XInventory Application Support Lead

The project falls under retail domain. We have 3 member support team who is responsible for working on issues seen by store agents in using the application. As support lead, this person would be responsible for:
1. Production issue management
2. Monitoring of batch jobs and processes
3. Monitoring of alerts coming from automated alerting applications
4. Triaging of the issues reported by the agents and involve Dev members wherever code fix needs to be done
5. Collect and provide team activity statistics to Client Director
6. Prioritize the work for 2 members in India
7. Get updates from and pending issues from the team in India and continue on them during US day time.
8. Do pattern analysis on the tickets seen over the period of time and provide approach to avoid them from being raised
