Position Role/Tile: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Greensboro, NC.
Salesforce Solution Architect with minimum of 10 to 12 years of overall experience out of which 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce development, consulting eco-system.
Provide design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, integrations, enhancements to existing applications. Participate in meetings with prospect & client technical staff, business owners and subject matter experts.
Support Sales & Delivery teams on sales opportunities by validating solutions, providing estimations/cost, proposals, responding to RFPs etc.
Experience is Health Cloud or Healthcare Services must to have.
Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and communicate in writing or in meetings with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement.
Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy.
Build technical relationship with delivery teams, prospects or existing customers to support overall prospect/customer engagement.
Build and run custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).
Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Short travel to client sites for onsite discovery and solutions presentations. Not expected to exceed 20%.
Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):
10+ years relevant experience preferred. 5+ years consulting experience and deep understanding of the SFDC products, platform architecture, customizations, integrations etc.
Multiple (Platform Developer 1/Dev 401, Sales & Service Cloud) SFDC certifications preferred.
Has served as solution architect for multiple enterprise application implementations including complex integrations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to Client audiences. Some experience of working with senior/C-level/board level stakeholders.
Ability to grasp new business process and apply Salesforce platform technology to develop Software Solutions (out of the box and on platform developed solutions).
Strong leadership, relationship building, and negotiating skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Effective presentation skills and diplomacy required to interface with and influence cross-functional leaders.
Ability to operate in a complex environment of multiple projects and stakeholders and to participate in several projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related program is preferred.
Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise applications & technologies – ERP, CRM, ECM, CPQ, Billing, Marketing automation tools, e-Commerce platforms
Good understanding and knowledge in web-based systems architecture, SOA, enterprise application architecture
