Social Media Analyst

Position Role/Tile: Social Media Analyst
Location: REMOTE

Position Purpose:
The Social Media Analyst performs a variety of critical tasks to support our Global Marketing organization to increase brand awareness on our social channels and drive effectiveness of social media programs. S/he will produce our weekly social media calendar and the bi-weekly all-employee email newsletters, co-manage our corporate social channels, collaborate with global campaign teams to develop campaign copy, administer our social governance documents, support blog development and publishing, spearhead social imagery efforts and lead our Social Labs initiative in FY 20.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Management of corporate social media activities on the top social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Familiarity with 3rd party tools to manage and measure social activity (example: HootSuite, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong, proven writing skills. Ability to write concise, engaging and informative copy and know the difference between what makes a good blog post vs. a good tweet
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, global consulting and/or IT industry
  • Experience communicating and integrating the company value proposition as part of an overall marketing strategy
  • Experience with tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of brand management, especially in an international context
Ability to work remotely; self-manage

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • 1+ years of experience working in Marketing & Communications
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools and social networks
