Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location:  Houston, TX.

 

Description:
We are looking for a Level 1Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our Level 2 engineer as well as the technology lead in a Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration project of about 800 clients.
You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
To succeed you must be computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions.
You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities:
Address user issues post migration
Ask proper questions to ensure all needed data is collected.
Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
Migrate Client data
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue while staying within the guidelines
Record technical issues and solutions in logs
Direct unresolved issues to L2
 
Skills
 
Microsoft Windows 10
Must have experience with Microsoft Windows 10 migrations:  install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
