L2 Desktop Support Associate
Client is looking for Information technology IT professional who helps users resolve issues with computer hardware or software.
They respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to collaborate effectively with experts and work closely with other IT department to provide assistance on tasks that are outside the scope of their knowledge or expertise.


- Work on a new and energetic end user support team providing End users with Prompt support on their IT issues.
- Providing swift and enduring resolution to software and hardware issues.
- Coordinate with other IT department to make sure the End user issues are resolved within the SLA
- Investigating and diagnosing incidents and researching solutions.
- Manage service requests Incidents to make sure that they are not breached and provide status to customer
- Coordinate with OEM and other vendors for Hardware issues
- Handles problems and issues that the first tier of help desk support is unable to resolve.
- Ensure escalated tickets are documented in real time and in accordance with Service Desk processes and quality standards
- Remain well versed with policies, procedures, standards and documentation
- Focus on building good working relationships within the team and other Resolution Groups


- Excellent Communication and good attitude
- 4 years of experience in Technical support
- 6-8 years overall experience
- Strong hands on experience in Software and Hardware support
- Should be able to coordinate with OEM and other vendors
- Hands on experience in Hardware replacement and support.
- Good Understanding of Network and IT Infra
- Strong knowledge on Windows patch management and Antivirus management
- Good technical expertise on Windows 10, Office365 and MS Products
- Up to date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
- Should have understanding on MFA
- Good Experience on MDM solutions and support
- Experience working on Mac and iphones
- Good Knowledge on Voice Video Conferencing solutions
- Good understanding on Printer support
- Good Understanding of ITSM tools Preferably ServiceNow
- Should have good understanding on ITIL process
