Position Role/Tile: Help Desk Tech
Location: Cambridge, MA.

 

 Must-Have Skills/Background:
 

  • MUST be able to go onsite in Cambridge MA 4 days a week, 1 day remote
  • Must have minimum of 8 years of Technical Support experience
  • Must have strong Office 365 experience
  • O365 SME- administration, etc
  • SERVICE NOW
  • EXCELLENT PERSONALITY/PRESENTATION SKILLS- will be providing support to C-Level Executives- CIO/CFO/President, etc.
    *Level 2 and half/3 (SME) senior technician
    Office 365
    Plus if they have any info security experience
    - Crowd Strike, absolute, druva
    - Networking: trace cables for infra team, data jack team make sure its connected
    - Run cable to the port // infra will active the port
    - Some people don't have that networking background
    - IP connection slot / Port ID set up
    - Device management background
    - AirWatch, mobile iron JAMF experience
    - Customer centric, very white glove. Professional enough to work with C level assist with whatever they need
    - We have a level 1 helpdesk that can triage 54% of our work which comes in via ticket or call. Anything they can't resolve they shoot to this person
    - Primary work load independently / team player
    - Remote into an escalation that we get . Might have a user that have an error msg and open up cases with Microsoft or reach out to vendor on M365 issues
    - Really need a O365 experience from an admin perspective
    - Security tools
    - Basic day to day: printer issues, on boarding processes that are evolving
    - Transferring from JAMF from mobile iron
    - MAC books, iMac IOS iPad experience
    - Articulate/ really good communicator / team environment (7 other techs)
    - Service NOW for ticketing tool
    - SME high high skill set not just answer phones and answer the ticket queue
