As a ServiceNow Senior Application Developer you will be focusing on developments related to the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Senior Application Developer you will be focusing on developments related to the ServiceNow platform.
You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Product Owner to providing technical conceptions and practical implementation for our call center and distributed technology teams.
You will be responsible for advanced designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions.
Your Role and Responsibilities will include:
•Support and Develop solutions for ServiceNow applications including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Reporting / Performance Analytiscs
•ServiceNow Application Developer experience with customization
•ServiceNow wizard for maturing platform capabilities and automating administrative tasks such as management of users, groups, and roles.
•Help transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans
•Develop technical specifications, maintain architecture / integration documentation
•Formulate and socialize development best practices within ServiceNow development team
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified ServiceNow system issues / operational support tickets
•Hands-on technical delivery including ability to create and modify Workflows.
•Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow and maintaining integrations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
•3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
•Experience with building custom applications on ServiceNow
•Strong skills/experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Request, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Project & Demand Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
•Hands on experience on basic configurations such as Access controls, notifications, workflows, business rules, client scripts and script includes.
•Experience working on Web Services integrations such as REST, JSON & SOAP
•Working & implementation experience with Service Portal.
•Familiarity with SCRUM / Agile working practices and Devops operation model
•Knowledge of ITILv3 processes
•Understanding of CMDB best practices and ServiceNow ITOM Visibility (Discovery and Service Mapping)
•Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database into ServiceNow
•Strong Knowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms like Workday
•Certified System Administrator
•Certified Application Developer
•Certified ServiceNow Platform Implementer
•Experience working with a large call center or unified shared services center is preferred.
