Senior Adobe Workfront Consultant

Role Summary
Senior-level consultant responsible for leading Adobe Workfront implementations end-to-end, acting as the primary strategic advisor for enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in Adobe Workfront with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities. The consultant is expected to drive clarity, challenge client assumptions, and translate business strategy into scalable operational models within Workfront.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Adobe Workfront implementations (Discovery, Design, Build, Go-Live, and Optimization).
• Own client conversations at both operational and executive levels, driving structured decision-making.
• Translate business objectives, operating models, and governance into Workfront configurations.
• Design and implement:
o Workfront objects, workflows, request queues, custom forms, portfolios, programs, and reporting.
o Governance models, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Proactively identify risks, scope, and organizational blockers—and address them early.
• Provide strategic guidance on Workfront adoption, change management, and operational maturity.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery standards and best practices.

Required Expertise
• Advanced Adobe Workfront implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of:
o Work management, project & portfolio management (PPM).
o Resource management, capacity planning, and operational governance.
o Hands-on expertise in Workfront configuration, not just conceptual knowledge.
o Experience integrating Workfront within broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystems (plus).
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable implementation plans.

Consulting & Leadership Skills
• Executive-level communication skills; able to lead difficult conversations with confidence.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, discovery sessions, and decision forums.
• Comfortable challenging clients' assumptions and pushing back when needed.
• Proven ability to manage expectations, scope, and delivery timelines.
