Job Description – Staff Engineer
Location: Pune, India
Experience: 8–12 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer with a strong product development mindset and hands-on expertise in C# and/or Java stack. This role focuses on building high-quality software, driving engineering excellence, and contributing to architectural decisions while mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend systems using C#/.NET or Java (Spring Boot)
Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, cloud deployments, and automation
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of product engineering experience
Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET Core and/or Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system design principles
Experience working in product-based environments
Experience building REST APIs and working with distributed systems
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in SaaS product development
