Position Summary:
The DevX Infrastructure team builds and operates the platform that powers engineering productivity. This includes large-scale CI/CD systems, build infrastructure, developer
tooling, and observability platforms that support thousands of builds and deployments every day.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and improve large-scale CI/CD and build infrastructure used by engineering teams.
• Design and implement automation to improve reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
• Debug complex infrastructure issues across distributed systems, containers, and cloud environments.
• Build observability and monitoring solutions to improve system reliability and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build pipelines, release processes, and developer workflows.
• Drive reliability improvements by identifying system bottlenecks and eliminating operational toil.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, or Developer Productivity platforms.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience building automation and debugging complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems, Bash scripting, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience operating infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or similar build and release platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with tools like Artifactory, Bazel Buildfarm, VMware ESXi, or vCenter is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with development teams, and a passion for improving systems through automation.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of total experience in productivity engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
