We are looking for a relentless Sales Professional to join our Houston team. You don’t need to know the trucking business—we’ll teach you that. What You’ll Do

  • Hunt & Close: Proactively pursue leads and sign up new customers for rental and industrial hauling projects.
  • Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain ironclad relationships with key players in the Houston industrial market.
  • Tech-Forward Selling: Utilize CRMs, LinkedIn, and advanced lead-generation tools to manage your pipeline with surgical precision.
  • Market Penetration: Leverage your 5–7 years of experience in Power Gen/Utilities to open doors that stay closed to others.

Who You Are

  • The Houston Expert: You know the local market landscape and the players within the Power Gen and Rental space.
  • Highly Motivated: You possess "above and beyond" energy. If you are quiet or withdrawn, this is not the role for you.
  • Technically Savvy: You are comfortable with modern sales stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Resilient: You view "no" as the start of the conversation, not the end.
  • The "Student Athlete" Spirit: We are open to hiring recent college graduates—specifically former student-athletes—who lack experience but possess the discipline to work outside of a standard 8-to-5, take coaching well, and strive to be the best.
