The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Admin: Nursing or related field.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
3 years - Relevant clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
