Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Arizona OT License
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Details:

• School-year contract (July – May)
• Carpool provided from Lake Havasu City to Parker, AZ
