Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in San Carlos, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Active Arizona PT License
- BLS Certification (preferred/required as applicable)
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Additional Details:
- Schedule: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts)
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Compensation
Base Salary - USD $140,000 to $150,000
