About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee daily residential and commercial HVAC operations.
This leadership role is responsible for managing field technicians, dispatch coordination, scheduling, service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC operations, team leadership, and process improvement, with the ability to drive performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee residential and commercial HVAC operations.
• Manage service technicians, installers, dispatch personnel, and support staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of HVAC installations, maintenance, and service projects.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and best practices.
• Support workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and dispatch functions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with scheduling, dispatch, and service management systems.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience overseeing both residential and commercial HVAC operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry regulations and safety standards.
• Prior experience scaling operations and improving service efficiency.
• Technical HVAC certifications or industry-related credentials are a plus.
