Retail Store Manager ( Full-Time ) Lawrenceville, NJ - DK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Coach, train, and develop store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

  • Manage inventory control, merchandising standards, and loss prevention initiatives.

  • Create staff schedules and handle administrative responsibilities.

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

  • Foster a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Retail Store Management.

  • Strong leadership, customer service, and team development skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or management training is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in specialty retail, fashion, jewelry, or related retail sectors.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and leading high-performing teams.

Compensation:
Base Salary - USD $55,000 to $75,000
