Compliance Oversight: Oversee business and entity tax compliance engagements, particularly for clients within the construction industry.

Team Mentorship: Review work prepared by staff and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to support their professional growth.
Process Improvement: Utilize technology and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax services.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification: CPA certification with an active license.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience.
Industry Expertise: Significant experience working specifically with construction industry clients.
Skills: Strong expertise in business and entity tax compliance, coupled with the ability to provide strategic tax advisory services.
