Salesforce Technical Architect:-
• In the role of Salesforce Technical Architect, owns the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Provides technical leadership across multiple projects, guiding teams on design patterns, integration strategies, data modeling, security architecture, and platform best practices.
• Designs scalable and robust solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Defines architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical roadmaps for complex Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborates closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into high-level architecture and detailed technical designs.
• Drives system integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC), and external services.
• Ensures adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards including role hierarchy, sharing models, and data protection mechanisms.
• Leads technical design reviews, code reviews, and ensures adherence to coding standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across development teams.
• Provides guidance on DevOps strategy including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and release management using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Git-based workflows.
• Mentors senior developers and technical leads, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Stays current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and platform adoption.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and serves as the technical escalation point for critical issues across sprints and releases.
• Ensures architecture supports performance optimization, system reliability, high availability, and large data volume (LDV) considerations.
Qualifications – Basic
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of overall IT experience and 7+ years of Salesforce platform expertise.
Mandatory Skillsets:
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Kafka, etc.), and event-driven architectures.
• Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, large data volume handling, performance optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Strong understanding of security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Shield, encryption, and compliance considerations.
• Experience defining DevOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and environment management.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, best practices, and platform constraints.
• Experience with design patterns, reusable frameworks, and establishing coding standards across teams.
• Ability to produce high-level architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and technical specifications.
• Must hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as:
- Application Architect / System Architect
- Platform Developer I & II

• Strong communication skills with ability to present architecture and technical concepts to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile programs and large-scale global delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and drive consensus on technical decisions.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading technical governance across programs.
• Ability to handle complex problem-solving, risk mitigation, and critical production issues.
