Salesforce Lead Developer - Cincinnati, OH - Only W2 - (JK)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define scalable solutions.
Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD processes, and Salesforce best practices.
Ensure platform security, performance, data integrity, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce security model.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Proven experience leading global or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
