Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Active Arizona PT License.
BLS Certification.
Prior outpatient experience preferred.
