Apply to Director of Perioperative Services, Los Angeles, CA, (IK)
About the Opportunity
A large, rapidly growing Southern California hospital is seeking a Director of Perioperative Services to lead OR, PACU, ASC, GI, and SPD operations. This is a comprehensive, multi-specialty facility recognized with an “A” grade in patient safety by The Leapfrog Group and backed by a powerhouse CNO and executive team known for collaboration, transparency, and clinical excellence.
The CNO—a dynamic, values-driven leader who previously worked in consulting—has helped shape a culture rooted in accountability, equity, and shared vision. She partners closely with a seasoned CEO from a for-profit system (HCA) who understands operational discipline while championing high-quality patient care. Together, they have built a strong, clinically-focused leadership team that empowers department leaders to drive meaningful change.
This is the ideal opportunity for a seasoned California Perioperative Director (or a strong, ambitious Manager ready to step up) who can hit the ground running, shift culture toward collaboration, and standardize processes across service lines.
