Job Description:

·         Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ALIP implementations.

·         Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.

·         Lead requirement workshops and manage requirement traceability.

·         Support SIT/UAT cycles and business validation.

·         Ensure alignment with insurance domain processes.
