Maintenance Planner/Scheduler - Reliability Maintenance ( Full-time ) Lancaster, PA - DK

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities 
Provide detailed, daily schedules, step-by-step plans and equipment outage schedules Gantt charts which will allow efficient completion of work.
Provide detailed, step-by-step plans, parts, and materials to the Crafts, schedulers, kitters, Shift Coordinators and contractors which will allow them to efficiently complete their work.
Estimate, plan, and order all work performed by craft personnel and contractors in a cost-effective manner.
Serve as liaison, coordinator and project leader between maintenance (mechanical and electrical), production, supply chain, support services, contractors and engineering personnel and serve as a technical resource and backfill for other maintenance planners or schedulers

 
Assist in determining work priorities through discussions with maintenance, engineering, production leadership and contractors.
Own, manage, and monitor department maintenance work orders, project assignments, Bill of Materials, and other metrics to allow prompt scheduling and completion of work. 
Plan and prepare for equipment shutdowns. During shutdowns, assist Outage Coordinator and contractors in making revisions/adjustments as necessary to return equipment back to production on time. Following shutdowns, make corrections through the post outage review process for future enhancements.
Responsible for maintaining equipment maintenance plans and Preventative Maintenance work orders.

Establish job scopes and time frames for all work requests and projects.  Tasks may require: generating PESHR’s, RFA’s, GANTT Charts; developing or obtaining drawings/prints from multiple resources; ordering parts and/or materials required; specifying part information and verifying equipment availability through production center.
Maintain necessary records as required by OSHA or other governing bodies.
 
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications 
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

 
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year Project Leader experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
Working knowledge of ADEPT
Working knowledge of AutoCad 
Experience with Oracle eAM
Associates degree in a technical discipline: Welding, Metal Fabrication, Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Sheet Metal, Machine Shop, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Heating-Ventilation-Air-Conditioning (HVAC) from an accredited institution

Compensation
Base Salary - USD $90,000 to $95,000
