Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and factual investigations.

• Draft sophisticated pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and other legal filings.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Assist with hearings, trials, and courtroom proceedings.

• Manage multiple high-stakes matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and legal teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar License required.

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

• Proven experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.

• Excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and transactional/legal documents.

• Strong organizational and case management skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

• Experience with multi-jurisdictional or international matters is a plus.

Base Salary - USD $150,000 to $200,000
