Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A generic Transformation BA with good experience across any banking domain. A background in global delivery of data projects, along with awareness of the client's core systems and ways of operating, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics/data transformation initiatives
Support global delivery of data projects, working within a banking domain context
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology and data teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and actioned
Support UAT, validation, and delivery tracking activities as needed

Required / Must-Have Skills

Transformation BA experience within a banking domain
Background in global delivery of data projects preferred

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of analytics / data / wealth project experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory
