Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview
We are looking for a strong PMO to drive end-to-end delivery for business transformation initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role (not reporting-only PMO), requiring ownership, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates should be able to own delivery end-to-end, translate program outcomes into business value, and bring a strong governance mindset (Strategic Value Stream PMO, not basic PMO).Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End SVS Delivery Activities: manage the full program lifecycle (planning → execution → closure)
- Governance & Reporting: define and drive governance, executive dashboards, and risk & issue tracking
- Business Transformation: support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Data Quality: maintain accurate data across all sources
- Resource & Budget Management: plan resources, track budgets, and manage forecasts
- Change Management: assess and manage change requests and their impacts
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Strong governance experience
- Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination)
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in Risk & Issue Management, Executive Reporting, and Project Planning
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Banking / Financial Services background preferred
