Strong Transformation PM with CCaaS migration experience including resource planning, risk mitigation, cutover, hypercare etc. Must have Genesys Migration experience and C&I. Has worked in Transformation programme/project construct. Comes with experience working in a large global organization like HSBC. Should have experience in coordinating / collaborating with multiple / cross functional teams.

Good-to-have Skills: Chatbot & Voicebot exposure, NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure, RM Chat (Whatsapp), Genesys Cloud. Understanding of Contact Center Domain is highly desirable.
