Assist Pharmaceutical in defining Governance, support organizational setup, and command center operating model:
- Transition – receive KT on new BOTS planned for production, review and sign-off for production deployment
- Deployment Support - migration of new BOTS to production as part of scheduled and ad hoc release
- Manage Schedules – Configure BOTS schedule, schedule changes, ramp up/down, decommission
-Manage BOTS – Alert management, issue triaging, coordination, incident management, problem management, change impact assessment (specific to BOT schedule), audit support specific to BOTS.
-Vendor Coordination – Coordination with vendor for resolving product issues- technical expertise.
- DR Exercise - Support DR execution & testing
- Continuous Improvement - Identify improvement areas/digital tools - Monitor BOT platform with periodic health check Support Bot patches
-Support DR execution & testing -Incident/problem management related to BOTS for tools/license related issues

Blue Prism, BOTS, Robotic Process Automation (Must have all 3 Skills)
