Position Purpose:
Provide HR support to the Area NA HR Tea, including onboarding, terminations, data changes and updates,
HR Systems and Process:
Role Overview:  
As a Business HR Consultant, you will be responsible for regional human resources administration including, employee relations, performance management, regional communications, and culture building. You will also interpret regional HR policies, programs, and procedures and acts as a liaison to the global HR departments: HCS, Communications, and Recruiting.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR leadership to plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the human resources function and performance within client group.
-Prepare, coordinate, and support practice managers/business managers on disciplinary actions, terminations, and reductions in force.
-Prepare, coordinate, and implement annual Client appraisal process. Ensure all employees receive feedback and ensure all appraisals are completed and agreed on by leadership team before bonus is paid.
-Prepare, coordinate, and support Managers on disciplinary actions, terminations, and reductions in force.
-Participate and direct regional/Market Unit onboarding and employee engagement processes.
-Participate in the development of your client group's plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
-Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
-Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
-Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resources discipline.
-Continue improving the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organization.
-Manage and update HR Databases/systems and enable maximum benefit to be derived from the system.
-Participate in HR Task Forces as assigned.
-Deliver to HR Administration, Business Partners, and employee relations focus areas.
-Review, validate, and create, and implement HR Programs and contribute to Performance Management focus areas
Necessary Skills and Knowledge

-Generalist background in compensation/benefits, HR administration, retention, and recruitment
-Demonstrated success in delivering employee programs that impacted/improved the success of an organization/department
-Expert knowledge of applicable regional employment laws

SPHR/PHR certification preferred
You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred.
You likely have about 2-6 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role.
