Job description:
Responsible for maintaining and updating Servers and 50+ desktop, laptop computers, printers, and iPads. Help customers sign up for new service, upgrade their phones and set up smart phones, tablets and connected devices. Assist with Network and Switch related issues. Requires periodic helicopter travel to offshore locations in the Gulf of Mexico.
 
Skills:
Deskside support with good coordination, follow-up and problem management skills. 
Strongly prefer candidates with USCG rig certification
