Position Purpose​ :
As a Talent & Performance Management Coordinator, you will develop, maintain, and support all processes related to Client's end-to-end performance management and talent management programs, and their corresponding processes. This includes development of process documentation, job aids, templates, and resources for employees, Career Advisers, Business HR and leadership teams.

This position will begin with a dedicated focus on Talent Management activities, with the intention to include and transition to supporting Talent Management activities, as part of a broader cross-development plan for this role and it's incumbent.
Position Responsibilities:
Day-to-day you will:
-Develop and maintain detailed processes for all our stakeholders to perform effectively and collaboratively in all our talent & performance management phases
-Develop and maintain templates, job aids and other resource materials that enable our stakeholders to execute their talent & performance management functions
-Develop and maintain the annual talent & performance management calendars, in alignment with defined principles and processes
- Reporting
-Assist in gathering and analyzing stakeholders' requirements and expectations across talent & performance management
-Assist in developing and maintaining the set of principles that govern our performance management model
-Coordinate with HR Technologies in the implementation of the technology needs of talent & performance management
-Coordinate with HR Technologies on the development and delivery of reporting and data analytics to enable operational and strategic decision-making based on performance management outcomes
-Support the development and execution of training programs to enable HR and other stakeholders in talent & performance management functions
-Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy to continuously improve the experience of all our stakeholders on performance management
-Provide support to O&LD Leads, as determined by Talent & Performance Management CoE Lead
Experience Required:
4+ years of experience in human resources; 2+ in performance management/talent management.
PHR / SPHR or equivalent HR certification preferred
Bachelor's degree

Attributes desired:
-Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse "customer " base, including senior managers and leaders, HR, consultants, etc. This includes good listening skills and the ability to address conflicts productively.
-Must be a proven communicator (written and presentation) with the ability to make the performance management function easy to understand, effectively executed and give the business and its people timely and accurate information.
-Demonstrated effective presentation and facilitation skills.
-Preference for someone with a deep business background in technology.
-Strong, results-orientation and commitment to quality and performance.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to balance the need for global consistency with local customization, recognizing the value to each approach and finding common ground if there are differences.
