Position Purpose:
Provide support on compensation programs to Client , Global Market Units (GMU) and Corporate Functions (CF) organizations. Support Client global rewards team on projects with a global scale 
Position Responsibilities:
Support the administration of direct compensation programs (executive, exempt, and nonexempt cash compensation programs) including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on employees
-Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
-Recommend/implement plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives
-Provide advice to HR Directors/Generalists on pay decisions, policy, and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs
-Develop techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting compensation data to Management and the Board of Directors
-Supervise the participation in and conduct of both exempt and nonexempt salary surveys to ensure that corporate compensation objectives are achieved
-Keep up-to-date on federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
-Manage projects such as program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs, survey participation and analysis, compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions, and etc.
-Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
-Work with ITS staff to ensure that the PeopleSoft system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
 Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience working collaboratively and within virtual teams and influencing others;
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and market trends, including job classification under the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA);
 - Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills;
 - Strong ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
 - Excellent English skills (orally and in writing);
 - Good business acumen and demonstrated experience working directly with top management;
 - Strong MS Office expertise; specifically, must be an expert user with Excel;
 - Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing and geographically and culturally diverse environment;
