OpenText Admin - Technical Administrative support and troubleshooting - Technical review of problems, known issues, usability and admin errors - Break-fix troubleshooting/resolution - Implement bug fixes and/or workarounds - Assist support team with the delivery of OT Product Support. - Create/Review FAQ and other documentation. - Escalates Level 4 issues to the Open Text Customer Support Organization (Level 4) - Functional Administrative tasks: - Additions of users either via synchronization or manual methods - Creation of Search Slices - Supporting the Projects Team in the creation or troubleshooting of workflow maps - Creation of Reports, both performance and customer related - Assistance with Appearances/Libraries/User Groups/Users - Assistance with Categories and Attributes - Restoring items from Recycle Bin - Capacity Planning and Management/Execution - Backup Management/Execution - Knowledge Capital build/management for long term sustainability
