Responsible for executing marketing that supports internal Microsoft Account initiatives at Client, including driving leadership communications.

Goal: To drive internal awareness and engagement with the Microsoft account mission/strategy and enable the team to grow the business.
• Partner with the Microsoft 360 Marketing Lead to manage and drive internal marketing for the Microsoft Account. This includes but is not limited to internal campaigns, webcasts, messaging, events and collateral.
• Execute Client-wide and account specific initiatives within the Microsoft Account team
• Manage the creation and distribution of Microsoft account marketing templates (PPT, emails)
• Create and manage exec leadership communications as follows:
• Identify, develop and execute the communications strategy for the account
• Leadership Messaging (from CAL): a) Priority email and ensuring messaging ties to account strategy and CAL priorities b) Monthly global email from the CAL c) Webcast scripts d) Video scripts
• Create communications for the Account Strategy and Change Plan Initiatives. For example: e) Designs and launch email campaigns f) Plan and deliver education materials g) Speaker's notes for account strategy communications & materials
• Internal communications reviews
• Meeting Notes from key meetings (e.g. Global Manager & Above)
• Microsoft Account Global Hub, Domain Circle & CPMO Circle site content contributor
• MS Account Connections emails, CAL & Commercial Director communication development and publication.
• Own and curate the Account HUB (circle) and other related circles with new content (new, spotlight articles, resources, etc.).
• Assist with communications and execution of employee experience agenda items (social events and initiatives).
• Work to improve collaboration activities on the account, including increasing adoption of collaboration applications, increasing awareness of collaboration services, and encouraging account contributions to the firm's KX.
• Strong writing skills
