Job Description​:
(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
•Demonstrates proven knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and success as a functional team member in consulting, designing, implementing and contributing to SuccessFactors application-based solutions
•Assisting clients with the implementation and support of SAP based solutions and improving business processes
•Works with client Subject Matter Experts and Business Owners to define the project scope, review ongoing development and make minor changes as necessary
•Must be fully capable of working with the SAP Activate Methodology delivering client sprints to ensure both parties are aligned with the direction of the project development
•Uses own best judgment to determines optimal solutions to recommend
•Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance
Basic Qualifications:
(what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) Strong Successfactor technical lead with a minimum of 3 years ars of core experience and an overall experience of ? 6 years.
•Overall knowledge of the SuccessFactors BizX system
•Must be Successfactors Compensation & Variable Pay Certified consultant with at 2 years of SuccessFactors experience in Compensation Management & Variable Pay
•Must have been active with Successfactors experience within the past 6 months
•Experience with SuccessFactors Activate Methodology and approach
•2 full life cycles end to end for Compensation Management & Variable Pay
•Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP technical solutions, especially RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development
•Ability to analyze and extract data from modules of SuccessFactors to third party system
•Clear understanding of the best practices Compensation and other cloud modules in the BizX suite of applications
•Ability to understand Compensation & Variable Pay rules and policies
•Experience with Employee Central integrations & third parties (preferred)
•Ability to configure the module based on global rules, business policies, and country specific currencies.
•Clear of understanding of the integration of the data to other cloud applications
•Conduct workshops to transfer knowledge of the Compensation & Variable Pay best practices
•Configure Enterprise Structure to integrate with SuccessFactors for Master Data extractions
•Conduct unit & integration testing, end user and UAT
•Master data Migration to SAP SuccessFactors system and Synchronization with Legacy conversion data
•Reporting
•Communicate with client team and provide status reporting to leadership
•Good Communication skills Travel: Need Locals Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must)
