Role Overview:
As an HR Operations Senior Analyst, you are responsible for supporting HR functions that focus on people programs. Specifically, you will provide administrative and operational support to help implement HR initiatives across Client.
Day-to-day you will:
Provide Ping Content Support:
-Oversee the Ping content mailbox, take action on requests, coordinating with vendors for translations and copywriting support. Additional coordination with the content development team, the portal development team, regional subject matter experts and the program team as appropriate.
-Support content refresh/updates and announcements globally.
-Progress the transition of SharePoint HR content into the Ping portal.   -Act as a point of contact within and outside team/project to ensure connection, integration of team members, and timely response to requests.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Provide Program Support:
-Assist in orchestrating timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure
-Support project dependencies, deliverable completion, milestone compliance, and cost/budget
-Provide coordination and communication with appropriate teams to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments
-Track, measure, report, and communicate project costs, performance issues, and risks
-Minimize exposure to project risks/issues by developing mitigation plans and escalating critical risks and issues that cannot be resolved
-Produce and review project status reports and action item logs to identify issues; address risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders or action item assignees, or raise them to the attention of senior management for further direction.
-Provide continuous improvement to processes, tools, metrics, and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics, and feedback from other stakeholders, to drive further efficiencies in the organization
-Support standard management reporting processes and metrics by creating templates, role aids, and other materials and produce reporting packages as required
-Assist in managing the goals, objectives, overall performance, and budget of assigned projects and teams

-Knowledge of HR systems

-Previous experience managing complex projects
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Ability to use and analyze data to provide valuable insights to the program
-Ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Education Background:
You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or other relevant field.
Preferred Years of Work Experience:
You likely possess 1+ year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in HR role preferred.
Scope of Work:
Nature of Work: Provides technical, administrative, or operational support with developed understanding of processes, procedures & best practices.
Scope of Work: Primarily focused on own work, and execution of prescribed work plans.
Complexity: Slightly more complex assignments that are usually amenable to standard processes and routines.
Discretion: Some discretion in how work is approached, but still primarily delivering work aligned to standard processes.
Organizational Impact: Work efforts primarily impact self and immediate team.
Supervision Received: General oversight from more senior colleagues / managers.
Supervision Provided: Provides informal supervision to less experienced colleagues on routine matters.
Knowledge Applied: Applies basic knowledge of a learned occupation / discipline, or strong understanding of organizational policies and processes. A work-relevant degree is typical at this stage.
