 Experience 5 to 7 years Key Responsibilities This role require candidate to work from client location and interact with client on a daily basis. Expert in using BigFix tool for image management and in general for Desktop Management Be on call on a rotational basis for critical issues. Knowledge Skills Requirements . Good Knowledge IBM BigFix, previously IBM Endpoint Manager IEM . . Managing the tool administration of IBM BigFix. . Developing unique and reusable solutions on the IBM BigFix platform. . Integrating IBM BigFix into other products representational state transfer REST Simple Object Access Protocol SOAP . . Hands on experience on Big Fix administration, OS Security patching, Fix let baseline Task execution, installation and configuration of agents relays . Managing patching and software release distributions to servers using IBM BigFix creating and testing packages prior to release. . Develop custom fix let analysis baseline as per requirement. Detail understanding of Big fix TEM relevance language . Knowledge of BigFix DSA architecture or Should have experience in upgrading Big Fix infra . Should have experience working with Web Reports SCA SUA Reports to generate and analyse Big Fix infra . Hands on experience in creating custom software signatures for IBM BigFix Inventory SUA o Basic Hands On experience with UNIX, AIX and Windows OS. . Certification in IBM Big Fix Bonus . Good to have Scripting knowledge PowerShell, SQL, VB . Expert in Desktop Remote Support . Expert in windows 7 8 10 OS related issues. . Past experience on Hardware Software certification . Expert in Image build, test and deployment. . Expert in application packaging, testing and deployment . Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments. . Managing end to end patching for end user devices at the global level. . Application third party patching. . Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop
