Plant operator to work rotating shift while making adjustments to an A75/L200, H2/O2 Electrolytic Plant

- Works independently and within the group to ensure the facility continues to be recognized as a safety and environmental leader within the community
- Accurately completes required HSE documentation
- Constantly aware of site security
- Meets company's quality and regulatory compliance goals, standards and policies, in addition to:
- Understands and follows good manufacturing practices
- Understands and follows quality systems
- Ensures all medical procedures are adhered to and all records are maintained per procedures
- Ensures the timely and accurate completion of quality reviews
- Ensures pipeline and liquid distribution products met delivery requirements
- Improves and maintains site quality procedures
- Utilizes current quality systems while accomplishing task
- Actively demonstrates identified mastering skill sets in technician duties, in addition to:
- Independently performs all task associated with the safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of a 200 TPD ASU with argon and GAN pipelines and associated backup systems. Also H2/O2 Electrolytic Plant
- Performs all aspects restarts and establishes unattended operations on the St Marys ASU,H2/O2 Electrolytic Plant
- Ensures good quality of life for coworkers by independently performs 24/7 on-call/coverage responsibilities
- Sharing operational knowledge and expertise within group
- Performs maintenance and reliability task without interrupting production
-Shift Hours are 6am/2pm 1st shift 2pm/10pm 2nd shift 10pm/6am 3rd shift


Knowledgeable in all aspects of air separation and able to load transports.
- Instills safety in others, by being safety minded and modeling good safety practices
- Works safely in all situations
- Performs all work in compliance with procedures including, safe work permits, energy control isolation, confined space entry work, hot work, work plans, pre-job discussions, plant safety inspections, etc.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate both written and spoken
- Exhibits understanding of governmental regulations including environmental permitting and compliance
- Exhibits understanding of basic electricity
- Exhibits understanding of computer maintenance management systems and maintenance management process
- Exhibits mechanical ability
- Demonstrates ability to, learn and follow procedures
- Demonstrates ability to, follow through on instructions and work without supervision
- Demonstrates ability to, perform troubleshooting and maintenance
- Demonstrates ability to, read blueprints, flow charts, process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams, electrical schematics
- Demonstrates ability to, calibrate process analytical equipment
- Demonstrates ability to, keep accurate records
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of control systems and distributed control systems
- Demonstrates basic computer skills and ability to use required software computer applications


- Must be able to wear required PPE safety equipment including, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes/boots, and FRC clothing
- Must be able to properly lift 50lbs


- Minimum High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of related operations experience desirable
