Position Purpose
Manage North America Sales incentive compensation plan administration, incentive calculation and facilitate payouts via Payroll

Key Responsibilities
Administer multiple incentive programs for employees and executives including plan creation and implementation.
Manage the monthly and quarterly variable pay cycle which includes tracking individual sales and revenue, calculate individual incentives and preparing various reports like payout report, payroll report, attainment tracking etc.
Partner and collaborate with leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance and Payroll to enable accuracy and timely payouts
Research, reconcile and resolve commission pay disputes/discrepancies reported through effective communication.
Partner with HR Tech to reflect employee online statement accurately and in a timely manner

Minimum years of experience:
2 years of experience in Finance or Compensation.
Experience in sales compensation strongly desired.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (does not require Macro skills, but needs to understand pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and other advanced formulas)
  • Beginner to intermediate level CRM skills (pulling reports, tracking sales accounts, etc)
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to communicate in English effectively orally and in writing
Ability to adapt, be flexible, deal with ambiguity
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with management

Minimum level of education:

Bachelor's degree
