  • 1.Job Title: ALOHA Supply Chain Specialist
     
    1. Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
     
    • Responsible for purchasing process chemicals, supplies and related equipment
    • Interface with suppliers to ensure that deliveries are on time, correct inventory levels are maintained, and non-conforming material is returned in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that all potential stock-out situations are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Elevate critical shortages to all ALOHA parties affected and the appropriate levels of management.
    • Maintain a list of all supplier contacts including account reps, order entry clerks, accounts receivable clerks, etc.
    • Responsible for functions in ORACLE, Pilgrim and LIMS systems for work-in-process and inventory material tracking.
    • Provide feedback to customer service and management when commitment dates are impacted.
    • Process receiving and RMA paperwork as needed
    • Maintain AP files
    • Resolve vendor invoicing issues and past due invoices.
    • Maintain Bills of Material for raw, processed and finished goods.
    • Maintain fill (yield) data
    • Enter/retrieve/maintain data in Sharepoint, ERP, Cylinder Handling, VoltaixPM, VoltaixPF, Purchase Request
    • Follow all policies and procedures of the Health/Safety/Environment group
    • Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
     
    1. General Requirements
                                                                                                   
    Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise
     
    • Familiar with Oracle applications, which include Purchasing, Inventory and order entry (CP).
    • Ability to effectively utilize MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational skills are required.
    • Ability to communicate and coordinate issues with several levels within the organization.
    • Ability to work in a Team Environment.
    • Strong attention to detail is required.

    4.Educational Requirements
     
    • High School Diploma, or equivalent
    • 5 years experience in purchasing/inventory/administrative functions
    • Chemical Operations experience preferred
