Job duties/description/requirement (Attach the Client job description if you have one):
Support the IT department with admin support
Manage purchasing activities - submit and track Purchase Req for invoices
Assist in drafting IT communication and managing the department Google site
Order office supplies
Other duties as may be assigned by CIO and other IT Directors

Ability to multiple task and Interpersonal skills
High school diploma or GED
Professional attitude and a willingness to contribute in a team environment
Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and responsible
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Google Applications - Doc, Sheets, Slides and Sites is a plus
Ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs boxes
