Description:
Responsible to provide operational support for Lync 2013 during the migration/deployment of Lync 2013 in POC, pre-production and production environment.
Closely work with client team, project team and operational support team for Lync 2010. Should be able resolve incidents, problems and service requests during various phases of Lync 2013 roll out.
Provide hands-on support for Lync 2013 migration, resolve migration issues, coordinate with various vendors, and assist the team in creating procedure documents in various next phases of project.
Work as team player to meet or exceed the customer SLA's.

Skill Set / Experience (Must have)
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Lync 2013/ Skype for Business 2015.
Experienced in administration of Lync 2013 servers for IM. Ability to roubleshoot Lync related issues (both server and client side) following ITIL processes for incident, change and problem management
Strong English communication skills - both verbal and written
