Job Title: Human Resources Program Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Director HR, Americas Hub, this position is part of a dynamic team
of professionals supporting the Americas Hub HR Global Mobility, Strategy and Talent
Management. This position concentrates on the administrative support within the
International Mobility, HR Technology & Systems, Talent Management and Executive
Compensation areas. The Human Resources Program Coordinator will collaborate with the
Americas Hub HR team, Human Resource Business Partners and all other HR teams as
needed as well as managers in the various businesses to ensure proper processes and
procedures are followed.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Process all Americas Hub related invoices (relocation; tax; immigration; school etc..).
Review for accuracy; track as needed; follow processes & procedures.
Monitor billing guidelines between AL US, Paris, and other affiliates and ensure accuracy in
the re-bills (US to Host, Home to US).
Process all expenses and payments related to expatriation policies; process funding
requests and monitor exceptions to policies.
Update & maintain Expat/Inpat database; provide queries as requested; maintain accuracy
on billing information; update all associated databases to Expat/Inpat; maintain personnel
files and all immigration documentation.
Authorize services with vendors as requested from EXPATS as outlined in the expat
contract
Provide verification of employment letters as required for Expats.
Provide support with Immigration documentation printing Visa application letters for
signature; copying Visa documents as required; shipping documents once signed; update
files as needed to maintain compliance with all federal regulations.
Support year-end processing requirements.
Administrative support for Sr. Director HR, Executive Compensation Manager, Talent
Director and HR Technology Manager, Americas Hub.
Provide support on various other projects (HR Technology or Compensation related) as
needed.
Ensure confidentiality on all work-related matters; position requires a high degree of
discretion, flexibility and patience.
Use tact and integrity to handle frequent contacts with high level internal and external
personnel.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all activities.
General Requirements:
Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise:
- Strong team building and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team.
- Strong communication skills - written, listening and oral.
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in Global Mobility or immigration a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish or French a plus
Educational Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
