• Identifying and making first contact with relevant engagement stakeholders to introduce the FastTrack service benefit
• Accurate capture of customer intent and relevant engagement data to build a comprehensive picture of the customers' current state, product and service entitlements
• Inspiring customers on how they can get value from the products to which they are entitled
• Application of FastTrack business logic to match customer engagement requirements to appropriate delivery resources
• Performing an effective hand off of customer engagement to FastTrack delivery team
• Maintain high level of data quality and hygiene to enable rapid and reliable reporting to all stakeholders

English (technically and verbally functional)
¿ Certification 70-346 required
¿ Good customer skills
¿ O365 and MS Intune/EMS. Prefer resources with stronger customer skills than technical skills but must have the basic knowledge of the products (O365, Exchange, MS Intune/EMS, Understanding of identity and know how it relates to the products)
