Needs real world, hands-on deskside management/experience.
Needs to be able to effectively manage a team of contractor deskside agents. There are approximately 10 total to manage. Some of them are in remote locations, but most are in Houston.
Needs excellent English communication skills necessary for interfacing with management
Previous White Glove experience would be helpful. The person who will oversee this role came from a White Glove background.
This is a 4 year + role.

Description:
Manage Deskside resources in multiple locations and insure that quality of deskside support is maintained, contractor is fulfilling contractual obligations, and that Client is delivering a quality deskside experience using the existing contractor.


Primary Skill:
P-1 - Service Delivery
P-1 - Service Desk Support management
P-1- White glove experience very important
