Can be located in Chicago, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, DC, NY, NJ or San Fran.
I need a good admin that has worked in a marketing department supporting marketing managers on marketing events, campaigns and initiatives, billing, internal processes, etc.
This is primarily remote work, so people need to be willing and able to work from home and stay motivated without daily close personal contact with other human beings.
We prefer they be 'near' an Client office due to all the shipping that they need to do for various events - so they don't need to be in the office daily, but near an office as needed or wiling to drive to the closest office.  We do reimburse for mileage and expenses.
These roles typically extend from year to year and/or go FTE. 
Position Purpose:
The Marketing Administrator will provide support to marketing managers on various marketing events, campaigns and initiatives, including billing and internal processes, across multiple geographic regions.
Years of Experience
  • 2-5
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Managers across multiple regions to execute marketing programs supporting the sales teams. Responsibilities include:
Event Support:
  • Assist in the printing and shipping of promotional marketing materials for events and client meetings
  • Research venues and schedule logistics for our hosted events and sponsorships
  • Provide event workback schedules for managing deliverables
  • Submit post-event data for Marketo entry
Campaign Support:
  • Work with Marketing Managers to develop email and direct mail lists and work with Marketo lead to prep lists for mailings
  • Schedule campaign emails, newsletter alerts and invitations via Workfront tool and coordinating with the Marketo lead
  • Provide regular campaign results reporting
  • Open POs, manage invoice payments, track monthly budgets
  • Generate CRM / open lead reports for regular review with Marketing Manager
  • Enter events into marketing calendar
