• Significant (7 years) demonstrated IBM Security "Suite” (ISIM/ISAM and/or (TIM/TAM) implementation experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate technical issues and activities to technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong client service focus and attention to detail.
• Integration between ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager), RACF, LDAP, AD, ISAM, Mainframe.
• Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information
• Identify and define system security requirements
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
• Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with architecture, implementation and support expertise with several of the following technologies, strategies and activities:
• IBM WebSphere
• IBM InfoSphere
• Government IT Project Experience
• Install, configure and customize ISIM and TDI, as well as upgrades TDI adapters and assembly line.
• Understanding of FTP, TCP/IP and LAN network topography, Identity & Access Management tools and Role-based access.
• Experience administrating and maintaining Mainframe access with RACF & Top Secret on a z/OS mainframe.
• Experience installing and configuring Mainframe and AD adapters with ISIM.
• Development and implementation of policies, Workflows and procedures across IDM System instances.
• Experiences with IAM administration, provisioning, access governance, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication
• Experience with LDAP and JavaScript with tools like IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator, IBM Tivoli Directory Server and IBM DB2 Database Manager
• Experience with WebSphere Application Server architecture and Clustering
• Proven work experience as a system security engineer
• Experience in building and maintaining security systems
• Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
• Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering
• Experience with network technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
• Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
• Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field.
