9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M


JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Oversight of recruitment, interviews, testing/hiring and orientation processes for new employees
-Preparation and maintenance of employment records relevant to events including as hiring, employee termination, leaves  transfers or promotions, making use of human resource management software.
-Ensure policies, procedures and programs are consistent with company HR strategies and systems and state and federal employment law.
-Guide company in HR policy as well as program matters and making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction.
-Provide counsel to job applicants relating to details including duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, etc.
- Handle employee relations matters, including as harassment claims, work complaints or other concerns of employees
- Coordinate with external accounting team and others with respect to withholding, unemployment, social security and medicare tax, etc.
-Stay current on knowledge of equal employment opportunity(EEO) and arrange/conduct new employee orientation.
-Update and maintain HR documents, such as org charts, handbooks and performance evaluation forms
-Confer with management to establish or implement personnel procedures and policies.
-Choose qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, make hiring recommendations as necessary.
-Conduct technical interviews and qualify the candidates through initial screening.
-Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, qualifying job applicants and counseling them and schedule technical interviews
-Define HR policies, maintain employee records, payroll and benefits administration and internal audit of HR compliance
-Address employee issues, concerns, employee support and general HR operations and activities.
-Develop, update and maintain HR guide, organization charts. work with external teams, develop programs for personality development of employees. conduct workshops to increase awareness and efficiency.


REQUIREMENTS:
Requires proficiency in Job Diva, Microsoft Outlook, Asana, QuickBooks, CSS, Javascript, Word Press, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Trello, HTML
