Position Purpose
Support ITS users on workstation needs such as issuing new laptops, troubleshooting laptop user issues, maintaining inventory, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
This resource will be responsible for providing first and second level (Tier 2) technical support in the Seattle office and for those people in the Western part of the US. Responsibilities:

Client Regional Development Center Support
Image and deploy laptops as needed to support demand.
Retrieve laptops from departing employees as required.
Administer the laptop refresh process to ensure employees get new equipment as scheduled.
Provide day-to-day support for employees needing assistant with their technical needs.
Ticket all incidents appropriately.
Follow inventory management procedures and participate in monthly inventory process.
Provide site support for conference rooms, etc. as requested.
Work with NA teams on area or global initiatives. Support other teams when workload demands.
Establish and diligently manage customer expectations and ensure a positive end-user experience.

Account Management:
Build relationships with regional team members to assist in collaborating support options

Manage the ITS Environment
Awareness of global support processes & operations technologies
Contribute to any disaster recovery initiatives
Manage deployment of laptops, system access, software upgrades and support tasks

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (information science, computer science, mathematics) and have (3 years' information systems support experience preferred)
Fluent in English; passion for technology.
Demonstrate acumen while developing processes in a technology environment.
Experience imaging laptops
Knowledgeable of Office 365 tools, Outlook, SharePoint, Office 2016, Remote Management Software, Skype for Business, Network & Administration, Ticketing systems.
Experience managing Windows 10, Exchange, Active Directory
Hardware experience in laptops, Keyboard/Mice, Monitors, Video conferencing systems, Printers, Scanners, etc
Occasionally may lift up to 30 pounds, require packaging and shipping laptops.
