MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead : Serve as the focal point between various stakeholders like business users, subject matter experts, technology, project managers and team leads at Onshore Attends requirement analysis and design meetings Will be involved in CRM requirements analysis, validation & documentation impacted by various changes/enhancements in MS Dynamics tool Closely work with onshore stakeholders like Database administrators, System Analysts, Business Analysts, Business Users & Subject Matter Experts to articulate and moderate the Requirements Analysis work along with seeking clarifications during Analysis and Design phases apart from getting involved in functional design & review sessions Attends pursuit meetings with various stake holders to understand the Impact of the proposed enhancement and work out the effort estimates
